Our office hours are as follows:

Wednesday: 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
Thursday: 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
Friday: 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. (appointment only)

Do you accept insurance?
Our office accepts many major insurance plans, including Aetna, Cigna, Humana, Principal, United Concordia, MetLife, Guardian, and more. If you have an insurance provider that isn’t in-network, your coverage depends on whether or not your plan offers out-of-network benefits. We’re happy to file and track your claims for you to ensure that you’re getting the most out of your benefits. Please bring your insurance card to your appointment.
